Online Account Management

Purpose & Process

Hoofbeat Blankets offers online account management to our customers upon request.  We know that horse blankets are most often thrown into your truck or trailer, barn or tackroom, and the last thing on your mind is carefully removing our invoice and putting it in a safe place for later!  Instead, this service enables you to to pay for our services online, conveniently and securely, wherever you are.  In addition, our online customers will receive their invoices and notifications that their blankets are ready via email. 

Our online services do not allow you to place orders for our services.  Even in this Internet Information Age, we must still pickup, clean, weatherproof, and repair your horse blankets the old fashioned way!  Turn-around time, from pickup to delivery, is 7 calendar days. 

Once your blanket is clean and ready for delivery, typically the day before it arrives, we will invoice and email you with a notification that your blanket will be ready for pickup, or delivered if that is your arrangement, the next day.

You can login to your Hoofbeat Blankets account anytime to update your account information, and pay your invoices securely, through our credit card processing system.  Please be aware that we do NOT keep  credit card information on file. 

Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of your blanket.  We accept Visa and Mastercard online.  If you wish to pay by check, please follow our remittance advice attached to the invoice.  There is a $25.00 processing fee for all NSF checks.

Pickup & Delivery

For your convenience, we offer several select dropoff locations that we pickup from and deliver to on a weekly basis, and we are adding more regularly.  If you know of a convenient location not currently on our list, please refer them to us or send us your recommendation directly, and if they become a regular dropoff location we will give you a free blanket washing!  Of course our legal friends require us to state that the location must agree to becoming a regular drop-off location within a 30-day period, and only the first referral receives a free wash.

In addition to our standard locations, we are happy to discuss pickup and delivery options, including personalized services.

Pickup and delivery fees from/to our select dropoff locations are included as part of our standard services.  Personalized pickup and delivery may, or may not, require an additional charge - but you will always have the opportunity to agree to it before we pickup or deliver your blankets.

Return Policy

If you would like to return your blanket to us, please do so. We will donate any unused blankets to local equine charities as long as the blanket is in useable condition.
