Hoofbeat Payment Options
Online- Through Intuit, we will e-mail you a link.
CC on file – Call us to put a credit card on file. We will process payments the morning before delivery. Receive a $1.00 discount off of each blanket wash.
Call day of – with credit card or bank transfer – Call us the morning before delivery and we will process a credit card or bank transfer over the phone.
Checks- Checks are only accepted in special circumstances with prior arrangements.
Late Payment Policy
All payments are due PRIOR TO delivery. Delivery will not be made until payment is received. Once payment is received, items will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery to the client’s nearest drop spot location.
After 30 days of non- payment a $10.00 late fee will be added to your account.
After 60 days of non-payment a $15.00 late fee will be added to your account.
After 90 days of non payment your items will become the property of Hoofbeat Blankets. Your past due account will be closed and the items will not be delivered.
If your items are delivered prior to the completion of your payment, late fees will be added to your account following the same schedule above. If payment is not received within 120 days of delivery of your items, your account will be turned over to a collection agency.
Items left at Drop Spots or Hoofbeat Blankets Shop
Our public drop spots and barns are not storage facilities. We expect all of our customers to be courteous and timely in dropping off and picking up their blankets. Clients will be notified when their items are ready to be picked up via email, and clients are responsible for tracking pick up and drop off dates at the location they choose.
Any items that Hoofbeat Blankets has delivered to a drop site location that are left more than 30 days will be picked up by Hoofbeat Blankets staff and returned to our shop. We will hold the items until contact and further arrangements are made.
If you leave your finished items at any drop site for more than 30 days you will be put on our three strike system. After three strikes, we will no longer pick up or deliver your items. You are welcome to continue to use your services, however you will be expected to drop off and pick up your items at the Hoofbeats Blanket shop.
Any items, regardless of paid or unpaid, left for more than 90 days will become the property of Hoofbeat Blankets.
